Ametek offers two Product Lines of Oxygen Analyzers. The CG-Series oxygen analyzers are designed for laboratory and industrial applications for sampling non-combustible gases.
The Thermox line of oxygen analyzers are designed for monitoring and controling combustion processes.
- CG-Series Oxygen Analyzers, for non-combustion applications
The CG-Series oxygen analyzers, based upon zirconium oxide technology, are used to measure oxygen (0.1 ppmv to 100 %) concentration in non-combustible gases such as N2, Ar, He, Kr, Xe, Ne, etc. Applications include cryogenic gas production, heat treating, semiconductor thermal processing, blanket/purge gas analysis, welding gases, nitrogen purity.
- Furnace Atmosphere Control Analyzers
Oxygen analyzers for PPM O2 in inert blanketing gases and extended-range oxygen analyzers for monitoring premix burner atmospheres in glass, metal, and ceramics coating, curing and surface treating furnaces.
