LAND is a designer and manufacturer of infrared non-contact temperature measurement; plus combustion and pollutant gas emissions equipment.
Combustion and Environmental Monitoring
Boiler Efficiency / Combustion Analysis
A range of flue gas carbon monoxide (CO) and oxygen (O2) monitoring systems provide primary information for controlling overall boiler efficiency. A range of sulphuric acid dewpoint temperature (ADT) monitoring systems helps to improve overall efficiency, and helps both process and emissions control by tracking effects of SO3 in the gas stream.
Continuous Environmental Emissions Monitoring
The FGA range of emissions analysers provide complete flue gas analysis of CO, O2, CO2, NO, NO2, NOx and SO2 to ensure environmentally acceptable plant performance. US EPA UK MCerts and TÜV type testing approvals ensure complete measurement confidence and reliability.
These monitors carry US EPA, UK MCerts and German TÜV type testing approval.
Dust and Opacity Emissions Monitoring
A range of dust, smoke and particulates monitors which use patented technology to give high measurement accuracy.
The analysers (which comprise a transmitter and a reflector) are mounted across the stack; the optical measurement technique uses no moving parts, giving the highest possible reliability with very low maintenance.
These monitors carry US EPA, UK MCerts and German TÜV type testing approval.
Portable Flue Gas Analysis
The LANCOM range of portable flue gas analysers offer instant analysis of up to 9 flue gases including CO, CO2, O2, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S and Hydrocarbons. A range of measurement probes and user selectable options is available.
Coal Fire Detection
This is a complete system capable of monitoring the entire coal handling process. Applications include coal storage, grinding, conveying and transportation.
The early detection of a coal fire is vital to the safe and efficient operation of any plant. This range of coal fire detection systems is based upon the best monitoring technology available.
Combustion Turbine Blade Temperature Monitoring
Accurate, high speed, non-contact turbine blade temperature monitoring provides key information on individual blade condition; increases efficiency through improved firing rate and detects blocked cooling channels.
Infrared Temperature Measurement
We design and manufacture an extensive range of on-line thermometers, linescanners and process imagers for continuous temperature measurement and process monitoring, and portable thermal imagers for condition monitoring purposes.
A comprehensive range of temperature calibration sources is also available.
These instruments and systems provide closer control of process temperatures, reduce operating costs, and improve productivity and quality of the finished product.
On-line, non-contact infrared thermometers
A range of thermometers for continuous temperature measurement within a range of 0 to 2600°C/32 to 4700°F. These products are designed for both accurate and reliable process and quality control applications.
Portable Infrared Thermometers
A family of high quality portable infrared thermometers provide accurate and reliable precision spot temperatures in a wide range of industrial applications from -50 to 3200°C/-50 to 5800°F.
Continuous and Portable Thermal Imaging Cameras
A range of portable and on-line thermal imaging cameras and systems. With traditional applications such as electrical surveys, structural integrity inspection and plant condition monitoring, to more modern techniques like research and development on circuit boards, microchips and electronics and medical and veterinary uses, a thermal imaging camera can be the ideal tool giving you the whole picture.
Thermometers for Specific Applications
A comprehensive range of infrared thermometers and thermometer systems designed to solve temperature measurement problems in specific industrial applications, such as steel, non ferrous metals, glass, mineral processing and plastics thermoforming. These products have been proven in their specific application all around the world. LAND are also willing to consider making 'customized' non-standard products, or even to develop a bespoke system to meet unique plant or process requirements.
Continuous, real-time temperature profiling
Infrared line-scanning systems thermally map the entire surface of an object resulting in a highly detailed temperature map, enabling the user to analyze the process and control quality.
These are designed for process imaging and ease of operation and maintenance in hostile industrial environments, and have a measurement performance equivalent to the best radiation thermometers available.
Calibration Sources
A comprehensive range of six LANDCAL blackbody calibration sources provides high precision calibration of radiation thermometers within the temperature range -10 to 1600°C/15 to 2900°F, both on-site and under laboratory conditions.
The sources are divided into two main groups, classified as being either primary or reference standard. The primary and reference standard sources are further divided into Portable, Transportable or Bench mounted groups.
