HIGHLY ACCURATE, PORTABLE MEASUREMENT OF TRACE MOISTURE IN GAS STREAMS
The Need
Process operators and technicians frequently need to spot check a gas's purity or the performance of a process or even verify the operation of another, fixed-installation moisture analyzer. Sometimes, the sample gas, especially natural gas, may contain contaminants such as pipe scale, compressor oils, or glycols. In these instances, a durable, portable analyzer equipped with cleanable sensor is needed.
Description
The Moisture Chek 2000TM is an easy to use, rugged moisture analyzer that is based upon electrolytic (P2O5) technology. It is equipped with our exclusive Chandler EngineeringTM Ultra Cell Sensor. This sensor is more resistant to contaminants. If the sensor is contaminated, you can clean and recondition the Ultra Cell Sensor by following a few simple procedures. The sensor can be reconditioned or replaced quickly, even in the field.
The Moisture Chek 2000 comes in a NEMA4 enclosure. It is available in three configurations:
- a portable unit suitable for Cl I, Div 2, Gr D and EEx-n-I-T6
- a stationary unit suitable for Cl I, Div 2, Gr D and EEx-n-I-T6
- a stationary unit suitable for Cl I, Div 1, Gr D and EEx-n-I-I-T6
- The portable unit is equipped with a rechargable battery and an AC battery charger. The stationary units operate off of AC or DC power and come equipped with a 4-20mA output, RS-232C, and high/low alarm relays.
In the field or on-line, the Moisture Chek 2000 performs. Portable and on-line units deliver the same easy use and accurate readings. The Moisture Chek 2000 will meet all your expectations for accurate, reliable moisture measurement.
