We want to ensure that your overall experience with every product we design and manufacture is exceptional. We stand behind our products with a broad service offering designed to support our products and provide a sense of security to our customers long after the initial analyzer purchase has been made.

Our commitment is to respond to your servicing needs with speed, quality and professional consideration. Our field service engineers can deliver on-site technical support to customers who cannot afford the downtime to have their analyzers repaired at one of our service centers. Customers with a reasonable amount of lead-time can choose to return the analyzers to our service centers for repair. Use the Return Authorization form to return products to the factory for calibration and/or repair.
